• Visa Approval Is Not Guaranteed: Summit Market prepares and issues an invitation/support letter for visa purposes, but the decision to approve or reject a visa application rests solely with the relevant embassy or immigration authority. We are not responsible for, and cannot influence, the outcome of any visa application.
• Trip Package: Fully-funded elements (accommodation, transportation, food, visa assistance, return ticket) apply only to applicants who have been formally Accepted and whose registration fee has been received.
• Accuracy of Information: Applicants are responsible for ensuring the personal details submitted are accurate and match their travel documents.
• Communication: All official updates are sent to the email address provided at the time of application. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see an expected email.
