Registration Fee $300 USD

When do I pay the registration fee?
Only after your application has been reviewed and accepted. You will receive payment instructions by email.

What does the fee cover?
The registration fee confirms and secures your seat in the delegation. Trip logistics (accommodation, transport, food, visa assistance, and return ticket) are arranged separately as part of your accepted delegation package.

What if I'm not selected?
No fee is required if your application is not accepted — you'll simply be notified of the outcome by email and via your tracking page.

  • Non-Refundable: The registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, change of plans, or failure to obtain a visa.
  • Visa Approval Is Not Guaranteed: Summit Market prepares and issues an invitation/support letter for visa purposes, but the decision to approve or reject a visa application rests solely with the relevant embassy or immigration authority. We are not responsible for, and cannot influence, the outcome of any visa application.
  • Trip Package: Fully-funded elements (accommodation, transportation, food, visa assistance, return ticket) apply only to applicants who have been formally Accepted and whose registration fee has been received.
  • Accuracy of Information: Applicants are responsible for ensuring the personal details submitted are accurate and match their travel documents.
